About Us

Agency owner Phillip Wright was born in Memphis, TN and acclimated to the insurance industry through the family business, Parkway Village Insurance Agency, quickly deciding a career in insurance would be his chosen path. After college, he returned to the agency to become a producer.

In 1988, he opened his own agency in Memphis, which grew to three locations. In 2008, he decided to sell this agency and work for Insight Risk Management to pursue another side of the business. From 2008 to 2016, Phillip gained additional knowledge and experience – particularly in the commercial insurance field. In 2016, he purchased his book of clients with a desire to build a company based on efficient and effective service.

In reflection, we began to note the largest impact could be felt through assisting clients with their workers’ compensation program.

Beginning December 1, 2016, our agency’s new division, All Things Comp, launched with the slogan, “Soar to New Heights”. That really says it all; we want to assist you and your business soar to new heights by offering a comprehensive program in the area of workers’ compensation management. We offer unparalleled service when it comes to workers’ compensation consulting in our home state of Tennessee, and in a variety of surrounding states including Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Oklahoma.
